Holly Social – a whitelabel social media scheduler
How To: Connect Holly Social with Zapier
Zapier is a fantastic tool which allows you to connect hundreds of apps with Holly Social. For example, you could automatically add images to your Holly media library when you add an image to a folder in your Google Drive, or you could automatically add a post to your library whenever you save an article on Pocket. The opportunities are truly endless! Here's a quick guide to get you started:
Generate an "API Token" in Holly
A token is like a password - it's unique and only you (and Holly) know what it is. Simply generate your token and then store it in a safe place.
Step 1. When you're logged into your Holly account, click on the "Settings" cog on the top left.
Step 2. Next click on API
Step 3. Enter a token name - this can be anything and is just for your reference.
Step 4. And then click Create.
Step 5. Copy this token to your clipboard and store it somewhere safe (such as a password manager).
Now connect your Holly account with Zapier
Step 1. Click this link to enable Holly on your Zapier account and choose "Accept invite & build a Zap".
Step 2. Go through the process of creating a Zap to integrate with Holly. You'll reach a screen similar to the one below - simply click "Connect an account".
Step 3. Next enter the API Token you generated in Step 1 and press continue.
If the token is correct, you'll now have your account in Zapier - you can press the test button to confirm everything is working:
And that's it! You can now start integrating hundreds of apps with Holly.
