What are uploads?
An upload happens when you copy an image or video from your computer to the Holly media library. We track the file size of each upload, which then gets tallied at the end of each month to calculate your usage.
We count the following as uploads:
- When you upload an image / video to Holly
- When Holly sends an image / video to a social media platform such as Facebook
- When Holly displays one of your images / videos in your account
What is storage?
Each brand you create has its own “media library”. This is where you can store your images and videos for later use.
Each file you upload to the media library has a file size. We total all the file sizes in your media library each month to calculate your usage.
You’re in complete control of your media library and are able to delete files at any point.
We are a UK limited company and are VAT registered. As a result we are required to charge VAT to businesses based in the following countries:
In addition, we are required to charge VAT for any individuals who use Holly outside these countries (if you are a registered business using Holly, you will not be charged VAT).
We charge a transaction fee of $0.30 + 4% of the amount to be paid.
Minimum transaction amount
We have a minimum transaction amount of $10 – this is to keep your transaction fees to a minimum. Your account will maintain a “credit balance” if you are charged more than you have used.
Any future charges will first use the credit balance (and no transaction fees will be taken) before attempting to recharge your card.
